Terms and Conditions

• Seja Design will create your website after an initial consultation in our office or phone.
• Subsequent consultations are by phone or email.
• The price is $350 AUD and includes GST (ABN 75 569 713 063)
• *The total design work included is 5 hours. As we DO NOT charge on a per page rate like many other design companies this is ample for most clients to have as many pages and images as they need. If, however work that exceeds this five hour limit will be charged at the standard rate (currently $50 per hour).
• If we feel your project will take longer than the 5 hours we will advise you at the start.
• All text is to be provided by the client. Images can be provided by the client or we will source stock images for you.
• The template will be placed online for you to view and suggest any changes that need to be made.
• All coding remains the property of Seja Design until final payment is received.
• Copyright is automatic and is retained by the client.

Additional points.

• Content that is graphically heavy or complex will reduce the overall number of pages available
• This offer is for static websites however we can include third party scripts (such as PayPal buy now buttons or statistical tracking code.)
• You shoould always be aware of copyright if you are sourcing images from the Internet yourself.
• This offer includes 1 year of Business Web Hosting for $100 (saving $35 on the full cost).
• We will register the Top Level Domain of your choice (.com or .net) for one year at no charge. (A saving of $24.95)
• If you wish to apply for an Australian .au domain we will discount our standard price to $44 for two years (saving $25)
• After the first year our usual fees apply for both the hosting and TLD domain registration (or two years for an .au domain)
